Lemmonade is a paid subscription service, with a free trial available. Fees, billing periods, and any trial terms are presented at the time of sign-up. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The app, website, and their content (excluding data you provide) are owned by Lemmonade Pty Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter.
The services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the services.
